Bucks County Industrial Manufacturer is Hiring a Bookkeeper Near Warminster, PA

The Bookkeeper would be responsible for the following:

  • Process job costing
  • Maintain balance sheet schedules
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Generate and send (mail/email) weekly customer invoices
  • Prepare and post bank deposits
  • Research and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies
  • Communicate with customers to collect payments by email and phone
  • Process sales orders
  • Manage receivables
  • Assist with payroll
  • Assist with accounts payable

The qualified candidate would have experience in bookkeeping and a solid background in Excel. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL software would be extremely helpful. Attention to detail, honesty, and accuracy are critical components of the successful candidate. As a liaison between the company and our customers, a professional manner is a necessary attribute. This position is intended to be full-time long term, part-time could be an option for the right candidate in the near term.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 37.5 per week
